脱细胞小肠粘膜下层对心肌梗死大鼠的保护作用研究

Abstract

目的:探究脱细胞小肠粘膜下层(decellularized small intestinal submucosa,dSIS)在改善心肌梗死引起的心肌组织损伤过程中的作用。方法:构建心肌梗死大鼠模型并给予dSIS心尖注射处理。将所有大鼠分为三组:假手术组、心肌梗死组、dSIS处理组。通过心脏彩超检测各组大鼠心脏功能情况。通过Western blot实验检测各组大鼠心肌组织中纤维化相关蛋白表达水平。结果:心肌梗死组大鼠心脏功能较假手术组显著减退,心肌组织中Collagen I、a-SMA蛋白表达水平显著增加。dSIS处理组大鼠心脏功能较心肌梗死组显著改善,心肌组织中Collagen I、a-SMA蛋白表达水平显著降低。结论:dSIS对心肌梗死所致的心脏功能减退、心肌组织纤维化具有改善作用。
