rTMS 对脑卒中患者疼痛感知功能的影响

Abstract
脑卒中是全球发病率、致残率和死亡率较高的疾病之一。随着全球人口老龄化趋势的加剧,脑卒中已成为影响人类健康和生活质量的重大公共卫生问题之一。尽管医疗技术的进步使得脑卒中患者的生存率显著提高,大多数卒中患者的运动和感觉功能可以得到不同程度的恢复,但是,一些患者在卒中后仍然遭受身体受累侧的持续疼痛。这种疼痛发生在卒中后,与受损区域相关,称为中枢性卒中后疼痛(CPSP)。本文将从CPSP的特点和病因、rTMS治疗CPSP的疗效和证据、影响因素以及安全性与局限性三个方面,就当前rTMS对CPSP的治疗进展进行综述。
