良性前列腺增生手术治疗方式的研究进展

Abstract
近年来我国良性前列腺增生(benign prostatic hyperplasia,BPH)患病率呈上升趋势,并且有越来越年轻化的趋势。目前手术治疗仍然是BPH的主要治疗手段。其中以经尿道前列腺电切术(trasurethral resection of the prostate,TURP)为主要的手术治疗方式。随着现代医疗需求的不断增加,各种医疗技术也在不断进步,离子双极和激光等技术也不断在BPH的手术中得到应用,并且在术后疗效和并发症方面取得了显著成效。本文就BPH的各种手术方式进展进行综述。
