Abstract

This study proposes a series of strategies aimed at optimizing English curriculum design and teaching methods, effectively integrating ideological and political education. Specifically, we emphasize the organic integration of course content and ideological and political education objectives, advocating the use of interactive teaching methods such as case analysis and role-playing to stimulate students' interest and participation in learning. At the same time, this study also evaluated the implementation effects of these strategies, and the results showed that by integrating ideological and political education into English courses, students' language abilities were significantly improved, cultural awareness was more open and inclusive, and moral qualities were positively shaped.
