初中英语学习者教师支持感、基本心理需求与行为投入的关系研究

Abstract

本研究以自我决定理论为理论基础,探讨初中英语学习者的教师支持感、基本心理需求与行为投入三者之间的关系。通过对388名初中生进行问卷调查,并使用SPSS与AMOS进行数据分析。研究发现:(1)初中英语学习者的教师支持感、基本心理需求与行为投入整体处于中等偏上水平;(2)三者之间存在显著正相关;(3)教师支持感高低分组学生在基本心理需求与行为投入上存在显著差异;(4)教师支持感与基本心理需求均能正向预测行为投入,且基本心理需求在教师支持感与行为投入之间起部分中介作用。本研究为EFL教学提供了理论支持与实践启示,强调教师应在教学中满足学生的心理需求,以提升其学习投入。
