The Application of Cooperative Learning in Senior High School Oral English Teaching

Abstract

Cooperative learning plays an important role in oral English teaching in senior high schools. English teachers should design cooperative activities in time according to students’ oral English level and learning needs, strengthen cooperative consciousness and stimulate cooperative motivation. Its effective strategies include: Build a safe and interactive cooperative learning environment to stimulate students’ willingness to communicate; Design diversified cooperation tasks to activate the vitality of classroom learning; Establish a multi-cooperation evaluation mechanism to promote the all-round development of oral English.
