Abstract

The National Medium and Long Term Education Reform and Development Plan (2010-2020) puts forward the requirements of "renewing the concept of talent training and deepening the reform of the education system". Therefore, how to change the concept of education and promote the reform of nursing education step by step has become the focus of attention of nursing educators in recent years. The goal of results-oriented education (OBE) is to train students to be specialized talents with strong comprehensive ability, which conforming needs of today's society. Based on this, this paper analyzed the current research trend of nursing education reform guided by OBE, and points out the direction of further deepening nursing education reform.
