直升机飞行保障领域的数字化建设思考

Abstract
直升机凭借垂直起降、灵活机动的优势,广泛应用于军事作战、应急救援、医疗转运等领域,但传统飞行保障模式高度依赖技术人员个人经验,存在故障排查效率低、周期性检查易漏检或过度维护等问题。本文指出,数字化建设是该领域转型升级的核心路径,重点阐述了数字化技术在健康监测与故障分析中的四大关键应用:通过高精度传感器构建直升机实时健康监测网络(如空客H160的物联网系统)、依托大数据与AI实现预测性维护(如美军“阿帕奇”直升机的LSTM神经网络故障预测)、基于数字孪生技术开展可视化运维(如贝尔FCX-001的1:1虚拟建模)、借助AR/VR实现人机协同检修与培训(如莱昂纳多直升机的AR智能引导系统)。文章强调,数字化建设能显著提升保障效率、降低维护成本、保障飞行安全,推动直升机飞行保障从“经验依赖的传统模式”向“数据驱动的智能模式”转型。
