英国国际合格教师资格培训课程设计及其启示

Abstract
2021年,英国教育部发布《2021年国际教育战略:支持复苏,推动增长》,提出了支持国际教育复苏应采取的五大策略,指出制定“国际合格教师资格”制度以支持国际日益增长的高质量教学需求。作为国际上广泛认可的教师资格体系,英国国际合格教师资格通过多方协同参与的方式,确保了国际教师职前培训的有效性,建立了持续的专业发展支持体系,促进了教师职业生涯的持续进步与成长。培训提供商针对不同国际背景进行情境化设计的培训课程,满足了不同国际文化背景下教育的需要。这种实践探索能够促进我国国际中文教师培养上的完善与发展,为我国培养更具有国际竞争力的教师提供了宝贵的经验参考。
