医用化学教学中医学人文素养的培养探索

Abstract

随着医疗行业对医务工作者综合素质要求的提升,医学人文素养在医用化学教学中的培养显得尤为重要。传统医学教育侧重专业知识,但忽视了人文关怀与伦理观念,导致医务人员难以应对复杂的人际关系。本文探讨医学人文素养的定义与重要性,分析当前医用化学教学的不足,并提出案例教学、讨论学习和跨学科融合等有效教学策略。通过实际案例的深入探讨,旨在为医用化学教育提供新思路,培养全面的医学人才,满足现代生物-心理-社会医学模式的要求。
