不同治疗方式对下肢动脉栓塞患者的治疗进展

Abstract
下肢动脉栓塞（Limb Arterial Embolism, LAE）是血管外科常见的急危重症，其起病急骤、进展迅速，若未获及时有效干预，常面临高截肢率与高死亡率的严峻结局。近年来，随着血管腔内技术的革新与循证医学证据的积累，LAE的治疗策略已从传统的单一药物溶栓或手术取栓，演进为以“时间窗”和“病变特征”为导向的多元化、个体化综合治疗体系。本文旨在系统综述下肢动脉栓塞不同治疗方式以及各类联合治疗策略的作用机制、临床疗效、适应症及远期预后的影响。通过深入剖析不同治疗方式的价值与局限，为临床实践中构建最优化治疗方案提供理论依据，最终改善患者总体预后。
