体外冲击波治疗肩峰下疼痛综合征的研究进展

Abstract
肩峰下疼痛综合征(Subacromial Pain Syndrome,SAPS)是导致肩部疼痛和功能障碍的最常见原因,其病理机制复杂,涉及肩峰下间隙内滑囊、肌腱等多种组织的病变。体外冲击波疗法(Extracorporeal Shock Wave Therapy,ESWT)作为一种非侵入性治疗方式,近年来在肌肉骨骼疾病康复领域应用日益广泛。本文旨在通过系统梳理近年来国内外相关临床研究,从SAPS的病理基础与ESWT的作用机制出发,分层阐述ESWT对不同病程SAPS的临床疗效,深入探讨不同能量密度治疗模式的选择以及ESWT与其他康复治疗技术的联合应用策略。同时,本文也将客观评价ESWT的局限性及不良反应,并对未来研究方向进行展望,以期为临床工作者制定科学、个体化的SAPS治疗方案提供最新、最全面的循证医学依据。
