肌内效贴联合重复经颅磁刺激对脑卒中后偏瘫痉挛期患者肩痛的影响

Abstract
本研究旨在探讨肌内效贴联合重复经颅磁刺激对脑卒中后偏瘫痉挛期患者肩痛的临床疗效。选取脑卒中后偏瘫痉挛期肩痛患者90例，随机分为肌内效贴组、重复经颅磁刺激组和综合组，每组30例。三组均接受常规康复治疗21天，分别给予相应干预措施。采用疼痛视觉模拟评分法（VAS）、Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分（FMA）和改良Barthel指数（MBI）评估治疗前后肩痛程度、上肢运动功能和日常生活活动能力。治疗后三组各项评分均较治疗前显著改善（P<0.05），综合组VAS评分改善程度显著优于其他两组（P<0.05），FMA和MBI评分改善程度显著优于肌内效贴组（P<0.05），各组均无严重不良反应。肌内效贴联合重复经颅磁刺激能够有效缓解脑卒中后偏瘫痉挛期患者肩痛，改善上肢功能和日常生活能力，在多项指标上疗效优于单一治疗方法，安全性良好。
