连续性肾脏替代治疗对重型颅脑外伤并发高钠血症患者的疗效分析

Abstract
目的：重型颅脑外伤作为临床常见的急重症之一，其病情复杂、进展迅速，且常伴随严重的并发症，如高钠血症，需要给予及时、科学、有效的治疗，因此本文探析连续性肾脏替代治疗对重型颅脑外伤并发高钠血症患者的疗效及安全性。方法：通过回顾性分析我院收治的重型颅脑外伤并发高钠血症患者，分析常规治疗和连续性肾脏替代治疗的效果。结果：观察组血清钠浓度、尿素氮、肌酐等指标显著下降，血浆渗透压得到有效控制，且心率、平均动脉压等血流动力学参数明显改善，治疗有效率高达90.91%，远高于对照组的71.82%，P＜0.05，组间具有可比性。结论：连续性肾脏替代治疗对重型颅脑外伤并发高钠血症患者具有良好的治疗效果。
