关于国外体育教师自我评价文献综述

Abstract

采用文献资料法对国外中小学体育教师自我评价标准的研究成果进行归纳和梳理,旨在为我国体育教师自我评价体系改革提供借鉴。文献分析表明,国外体育教师自我评价研究聚焦三大领域:自我评价方法与工具;职前教师培养;教学能力诊断。国外研究虽具有理论基础扎实、方法多元等优势,但仍存在内容集中于教学能力而忽视师德、科研等维度、自评与他评脱节、样本代表性不足等问题。对我国的启示包括:构建本土化自评标准、确立“教学—专业素养—社会角色”多维评价内容、强化教师反思能力培训、融合定量与定性评价方法。为我国中小学体育教师自我评价标准的研究提供参考和借鉴。
