语料库视域下英文劳动合同的情态系统与权力建构研究

Abstract
该研究结合系统功能语言学与批判性话语分析理论，构建33份英文劳动合同的专用语料库，探讨劳动合同文本中权力关系的语言建构机制。“require”频用于被动态要求雇员，资方主体隐身；“breach”“violation”等术语描述雇员违约，常伴随高值情态表达与具体法律后果，责任指向劳方；资方义务常以模糊措辞规避责任。这些策略自然化劳方责任、合法化资方支配权，显示劳动合同并非中性文本，而是嵌入权力结构的语言实践，对法律文本规范化与劳权平衡具有启示。
