总裁叙事身份建构研究——以《哈佛商业评论(英文版)》为例

Abstract

总裁身份建构有助于塑造良好形象,总裁通过第一人称叙述管理故事,构建叙事身份,争取利益相关者认同。本研究聚焦话语策略、语言资源及叙事内容,选取《哈佛商业评论(英文版)》为例,采用Wodak的历史话语分析,结合Bamberg叙事实践理论,运用Verschueren的语言顺应论解析构建过程和原因。发现三大叙事主题:历时变化展现总裁成长,主导权突出对企业的控制,同一性体现与利益相关者的关系。通过命名、述谓、视角化等策略,建构历时,主体和群内身份,目的在于顺应物理、心智及社交世界,激发情感共鸣。本研究结合话语分析与叙事实践理论,丰富了商务叙事研究框架。
