隐丹参酮通过抑制炎症改善糖尿病心肌病小鼠的心功能

Abstract
目的:探究隐丹参酮(cryptotanshinone,CTS)对糖尿病心肌病(Diabetic Cardiomyopathy,DCM)小鼠的保护作用。方法:将C57BL/6小鼠分为对照组、模型组、低剂量CTS组(15 mg/kg)和高剂量CTS组(30 mg/kg),通过链脲佐菌素联合高脂饮食构建DCM小鼠模型,予腹腔注射CTS治疗14天。采用心脏超声评估心功能,ELISA检测血清炎症因子水平,Western blot检测心肌组织中炎症因子蛋白表达。结果:与模型组相比,CTS治疗剂量依赖性地改善DCM小鼠左室射血分数和短轴缩短率(P<0.05),降低血清及心肌组织中IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α表达水平(P<0.05)。结论:CTS通过抑制炎症反应改善DCM小鼠的心脏功能。
