以糖代谢紊乱为主要症状的库欣病1例

Abstract
本文回顾性分析1例库欣病病例，分析该病例的临床特点、诊疗经过及术后恢复情况等，以提高对该疾病的认知。收集该患者的一般临床资料，包括病史、查体、辅助检查、诊疗方案以及手术预后等，结合已发表的文献进行分析。该患者以糖代谢紊乱起病就诊，完善检查后发现合并多项并发症，库欣病诊断明确，手术后临床症状明显恢复，库欣病特点典型，故将此病例报告。
