基于“鼻嗅-耳闻”协同通路探讨芳香与五音疗法在晚期肿瘤的应用

Abstract
晚期肿瘤患者常遭受失眠、焦虑、抑郁等身心症状的复合困扰，严重影响其生活质量与治疗依从性。以中医“外治法”与“情志疗法”理论为根基的芳香疗法与五音疗法，分别通过“鼻嗅”与“耳闻”两大最直接的感官门户进行干预，为非药物姑息护理提供了新思路。本文旨在超越单一疗法疗效的综述，首次尝试构建一个基于 “鼻嗅-耳闻”双感官协同通路的理论框架，系统梳理两者在肿瘤姑息护理中的应用现状。文章提出“感官整合-脑桥效应”与“气机-情志共调”的中西医结合协同机制假说，并以“肝郁气滞，心神不宁”证型为例，展示“辨证施香”与“辨证施乐”相结合的具体路径。最后，本文指出当前研究在协同机制验证与中医个体化方案设计方面的不足，并展望未来应开展基于严谨中医辨证的高质量研究，以推动该整合模式从辅助手段走向肿瘤心身症状管理的核心方案之一。
