卒中后睡眠障碍的中西医诊疗研究现状

Abstract
卒中后睡眠障碍（Post-Stroke Sleep Disorders, PSSD）是脑卒中后临床常见的并发症，其发生是多种因素综合作用的结果，其不仅严重影响患者神经功能恢复，加重患者焦虑抑郁等不良情绪，甚至增加卒中后患者残疾、卒中复发及死亡风险，给个人、家庭以及社会带来沉重负担。本文对近年来国内外卒中后睡眠障碍的相关研究进行梳理，总结分析卒中后睡眠障碍的相关影响因素及病因病理机制研究，以及中西医临床治疗药物与非药物疗法作用机理研究，以期为临床治疗卒中后睡眠障碍提供更多思路与治疗策略。
