锥形束CT技术应用于肝癌患者介入治疗效果评估中的应用

Abstract
目的:探究锥形束CT技术应用于肝癌患者介入治疗效果评估价值。方法:本研究以中山大学附属第三医院粤东医院2023—2025年期间,在本院接受肝动脉栓塞术的18例患者为研究对象,其中男性15例,女性3例。所有病例均采用Seldinger法(C-TACE、DEB-TACE)进行治疗,同时采集患者术前、术中及术后的CBCT扫描资料,构建数据库。结合影像学方法,从多个角度评价CBCT诊断HCC残余病灶、复发情况及疗效评价的准确性与可信度。结果:18例患者均成功完成介入治疗及CBCT评价,未出现因药物副作用而中止研究的情况。结论:锥束CT是评价肝细胞癌疗效的重要手段,可为疗效评价、治疗方案制定及术后疗效监控等方面提供可靠依据,同时降低放射损伤的风险,是一种极具可行性和实用性的新方法,应用前景广阔。
