整合多模态影像与进展性案例在消化系统肿瘤教学中的探索与实践

Abstract
目的：探讨多模态影像学为核心、整合进展性临床案例的教学模式效果。方法：选取哈尔滨医科大学附属肿瘤医院2023年9月至2025年6月肿瘤学专业硕士研究生40名，随机分为实验组与对照组。对照组采用传统教学，实验组实施影像为主线的整合教学，含前置影像基础强化、多模态影像案例库构建、影像驱动的MDT模拟教学、鱼骨图决策分析及专业讲座。教学后通过理论考核、影像诊断报告书写、读片测试、临床案例考核及满意度评价。结果：实验组理论考核、影像读片与报告对应性、临床案例考核成绩均显著优于对照组（P<0.001），且教学满意度各维度评分更高。结论：该教学模式能有效提升肿瘤学研究生诊治消化系统肿瘤的能力，是影像与临床融合的高质量人才培养有效路径。
