噪声暴露与心血管系统疾病的相关性研究

Abstract
噪声污染作为全球第二大环境健康风险因素，对心血管系统的潜在致病机制涉及多维度病理过程。本研究系统性整合噪声暴露与心血管疾病的流行病学关联，从职业噪声暴露的剂量-效应关系及多因素联合暴露的协同效应出发，深度解析神经内分泌失调、氧化应激、血管内皮功能紊乱及睡眠障碍等核心致病通路。尽管现有证据支持噪声作为心血管疾病独立危险因素的假设，但其分子机制的系统性整合及暴露评估标准化仍需进一步探索。未来研究应聚焦噪声应激的表观遗传调控、单细胞水平的细胞谱系响应及智能监测技术的应用，以期为噪声相关心血管疾病的精准预防与干预提供理论依据。
