一例持续抗凝下反复发作的特鲁索综合征及文献复习

Abstract
特鲁索综合征以头部多个动脉供血区的多个小梗死灶，及D-二聚体显著升高为典型特征。目前西医首选低分子肝素抗凝治疗，而中医通过辨证论治，中药组方治疗，可显著促进肢体偏瘫康复，有效预防中风再发生。现报道中西医结合治疗以急性脑梗死为首发表现的特鲁索综合征1例，分享其一波三折的诊疗过程，为诊治该病提供更多的临床经验，同时提高临床医生对癌症相关血栓形成的重视，并探索抗凝治疗策略。
