角膜结核合并眼瘢痕性类天疱疮一例

Abstract
66岁男性患者双眼睁眼困难伴视力下降7月，加重1月，在外院多次就诊，诊断结膜炎，给予对症支持治疗，效果不佳，后出现睁眼困难、视力下降就诊于大理大学第一附属医院眼科。先后给予糖皮质激素、免疫抑制剂及抗结核治疗后病情稳定。该病例提示医生对于反复结膜炎治疗效果不佳患者应及时考虑到自身免疫性眼病，对于自身免疫性眼病常规治疗效果不佳患者需进一步审视感染性因素存在可能，及时给予恰当治疗，从而改善疾病预后。
