胆石症的病因及中医药治疗现状

Abstract
胆石症是临床常见的胆道系统良性疾病，属中医“胁痛”“黄疸”范畴，其发病与胆汁成分失衡、胆道运动障碍、遗传代谢及微生物群失衡等多方面相关。中医药以整体调理、标本兼顾为治疗核心，融合中药内服、针灸等多手段协同干预，在缓解症状、防控复发等方面展现显著优势。本文综述胆石症的发病原因与中医药治疗现状，重点聚焦深入剖析核心病因机制、强化中西医协同治疗两大未来突破方向，为胆石症的临床治疗提供理论依据与实践参考。
