ADDIE模型在临床护理培训领域中的应用进展

Abstract

ADDIE模型是在ADDIE理论模型基础上形成的护理教学模式,已在护理教育的各阶段中应用,尤其在临床护理培训阶段展现出了较好的应用效果。本文旨在总结ADDIE教学模型的国内外培训领域应用现状,该模型在临床护理领域中不断完善、应用及推广将有助于改善临床护理培训的效果,提升整体教学质量。
