抑郁焦虑患者叙事护理整合干预的作用机制及临床应用研究进展

Abstract
本文综述了叙事护理与生理-心理-社会整合干预在抑郁焦虑中的应用进展。该整合策略通过协调作用于患者的生理功能、认知行为模式及社会支持网络,能够有效缓解情绪症状,提升患者生活质量与治疗依从性。叙事护理作为核心,能够有效促进各项生理调节、心理行为干预及社会支持重建的协同作用。本综述旨在为护理领域优化抑郁焦虑的多维度干预方案提供循证参考。
