    随着现代公路施工技术的发展与创新,公路工程建设也有了新的变化与挑战,我国的公路建设进入了飞速发展的黄金时代。现代交通运输由铁路、公路、水运航空及管道运输等组成。交通运输业是国民经济的重要组成部分,发展国民经济,发展交通运输业,首先必须进行公路建设。公路运输业在整个交通运输业中占的比重较大,它具有机动、灵活、直达、快速、适应性强、服务面广的特点,在社会主义现代化建设中发挥着巨大作用,并且具有良好的发展前景。公路工程施工组织与管理,就是在贯彻国家现行技术经济政策、法令、法规的基础上,根据公路施工的特点,有组织、有计划地安排施工过程中的各种要素(人力、材料、机械、资金、施工方法和技术),使得公路工程项目建设的工期尽可能短,成本尽可能低,工程项目质量越高越好。

    本书以现代公路施工为核心,以《公路工程预算定额》《公路基本建设工程概、预算编制方法》等有关规程为依据,紧密结合现代公路建设中的实际情况,分别系统地介绍了施工组织与施工管理的相关内容。组织是管理的职能之一,公路项目施工管理包含了施工组织的内容,但比施工组织的内容要丰富一些。本书可供施工管理人员、工程技术人员和监理工程师等参考和自学。由于编者水平有限,缺点和失误在所难免,在此恳请读者批评指正。

自参加工作以来一直从事公路建设工作,2013 年任副高级工程师以来主要负责的项目。

2014.1-2014.12 扎兰屯市“行政村”街巷硬化工程 ( 四级公路 )、萨马街至桂花南公路(四级公路)、榛子沟至凤凰窝公路(四级公路);

2015.1-2015.12 关门山至宫家街公路、哈多河至白音乌兰公路、四道沟至五道沟公路、架子山至龙头公路、洼堤至蘑菇气公路、务大哈气至光明公路、浩饶山至杨树沟公路、奋斗桥、小围子一桥、二桥、三道沟至小三道沟公路、一心桥、洼堤桥、泥沙河桥;

2016.1-2016.12 “十个全覆盖”街巷硬化工程、哈多河至大阳坡公路、那吉屯至音河公路、浩饶山至扎旗界公路、Y034 至三道桥公路、哈拉苏至战胜公路、一心至新立公路、牤牛沟至火车头公路;

2017.1-2017.12 “十个全覆盖”街巷硬化工程、旧三站至三岔口公路、哈拉苏至伊其罕公路、毕家店大桥、撤并建制村项目、浩饶山至蛤蟆沟林场公路、危桥改造工程;

2018.1-2018.12 通林场路柴河至兴安林场公路、固里河林场至韭菜沟公路、水帘洞至哈布林场公路、济沁河林场至毕家店公路、幸福至新立屯林场公路、撤并建制村公路、危桥改造工程;

2019.1-2019.12 通林场路柴河至兴安林场公路、固里河林场至韭菜沟公路、水帘洞至哈布林场公路、济沁河林场至毕家店公路、幸福至新立屯林场公路、撤并建制村公路、危桥改造工程;
