In July 1984, he graduated from Nanjing University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematical Coefficients. From July 1984 to October 1987, he successively worked in the Ministry of Industry and Transportation of the Nanjing Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China, the Organization Department of the Nanjing Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China, and the Nanjing Cotton Mill, engaged in cadre management and enterprise management. So far, he has presided over and participated in more than 80 vertical and horizontal scientific research tasks, and more than 200 project evaluation and asset evaluation businesses.
