Abstract

With the development of urbanization, large-scale commercial complex projects emerge as the name cards of cities. The construction of large-scale urban complex projects is large in scale and complex in business form. After completion, energy consumption expenses account for nearly 80% of the entire operation cost. Therefore, it is particularly important to select energy saving schemes for the construction of large commercial complex projects. This paper takes a large commercial complex project in a city as an example, analyzes and compares its energy saving schemes, and calculates the comprehensive energy consumption of the selected schemes, so as to demonstrate whether the energy saving schemes meet the energy consumption policies advocated by the state and provide reference for other similar projects.
