新时期农田水利建设发展困境与对策

Abstract

随着我国经济的快速发展,国家重视农田水利建设情况。为提升水利建设质量,要提升水利工程管理效率,迎合时代发展需求,完善水利工程建设标准。本文主要针对农田水利建设发展困境简要分析,并提出合理化建议。
