测试:一种有效的学习策略

Abstract

测试效应又名为提取练习效应,是指在学习到最终测试之间,在等长的时间内进行测试比重复学习更能促进记忆的长时间保持。大量研究表明,测试是一种有效的学习策略,但教师和学生对它的认识存在一定的缺陷。师生们认为考试只是一种评估工具来测试学习的效果,并不能有效的促进学习。本文主要从测试效应的定义、特点以及优化方法三个方面梳理了相关研究,为测试效应广泛应用于教学研究提供支持,同时也为教师和学生正确、高效地使用这一策略提供了参考,使学生获得更高效、更持久的学习。
