点亮学习之光:好奇心的作用

Abstract

好奇心能够激发学习者的探索行为,有益于学习。然而,目前对于好奇心促进学习的内在机制仍旧不清楚。此外,在现实中,对事物的好奇心并不一直存在。本文主要探讨好奇心的这种选择性。是什么导致好奇心的产生?如何激发好奇心?通过总结前人研究,我们发现了好奇心的诱因主要分为两大类:回顾性(backward looking)诱因和前瞻性(forward looking)诱因,回顾性诱因主要涉及将刺激材料与学习者已有知识经验进行比较,包括新异性、惊奇和不确定性等。前瞻性诱因主要涉及学习者对学习结果的预期,包括预期学习收获和未来效用。对于好奇心诱因的理解有助于我们更好的激发人们的好奇心,针对不同的情境和不同的年龄的发展对象,设置对应的好奇心激发策略。
