重游意愿研究述评与展望

Abstract

随着各种新增旅游景点数量的不断增加,以及境外、国外旅游的日益勃兴,旅游市场的竞争变得愈加激烈。提升旅游者故地重游的比例逐渐成为旅游地竞争力提升的重要手段,重游意愿研究继而成为旅游学研究中的一个重要课题。通过对国内外有关重游意愿的文献进行梳理,从重游意愿的起源与发展、概念与测量以及影响因素三大方面进行了系统的回顾和述评,并提出了该领域未来可能的研究方向。
