土壤重金属前处理方法的研究

Abstract
本文研究土壤重金属检测3种最常用的前处理方法：电热消解法、石墨消解法和微波消解法。分别用3种方法对土壤标准物质消解,用原子吸收分光光度计测定,3种方法测定值的相对标准偏差分别为3.0-5.3,1.3-3.3,1.0-3.7。分别从安全、效率、成本以及样品前处理的效果等方面对3种前处理方法进行对比分析,为各检测机构选择合适的前处理方法提供参考和借鉴。
