进展性缺血性卒中相关危险因素研究

Abstract

脑卒中是全世界重要的致死、致残性疾病,是我国第一大致死疾病和最主要的致残原因。其中缺血性脑卒中占80%。进展性缺血性脑卒中是指发病6小时至7天之内出现神经功能恶化,占缺血性卒中的20%~30%,严重影响患者的生命健康和生活质量。本文就进展性缺血性卒中的概念、发病机制、危险因素进行系统综述,旨在探讨进展性缺血性卒中科学的诊断标准、早期预防措施,以期降低脑血管疾病的致死、致残率。
