老年患者术后谵妄的研究进展

Abstract
术后谵妄(postoperative delirium,POD)是一种急性的且具有波动性的急性精神紊乱综合征。是老年患者术后常见的并发症之一,其与患者近期和远期的预后不良有关。我们目前对POD仍然缺乏全面的认识,本文从POD的诊断、危险因素、发病机制及其预防和治疗方面进行综述,旨在为临床诊断以及预防术后谵妄提供参考。
