儿童腹型过敏性紫癜的临床分析

Abstract
目的：主要针对儿童腹型过敏性紫癜(HSP)的临床资料进行分析及总结。方法：采用回顾性方法总结40例儿童腹型过敏性紫癜的诱发因素、临床表现,实验室、辅助检查及预后。结果：儿童腹型过敏性紫癜以感染为主要诱发因素,以腹痛为主要临床表现,腹痛多剧烈,部位不定,观察组病程较对照组明显延长(P＜0.05),60.0%合并消化道出血。结论：腹型过敏性紫癜是一种常见的发作类型,主要表现为不固定腹痛,易出现消化道出血,病程较长,但有良好预后。
