JAK/STAT信号通路在急性胰腺炎疾病发生中的作用

Abstract

JAK/STAT信号通路广泛参与机体免疫调节、增殖、分化、迁移、凋亡等生理过程,是大多数细胞、各类因子重要的信号转导通路。JAK/STAT信号通路和炎症相关疾病关系密切,在急性胰腺炎疾病发生发展及器官损伤中起重要作用。
