老年心衰患者营养状况及影响因素研究进展

Abstract

心力衰竭是各种疾病所致心脏疾病的终末阶段,其合并营养不良情况常见,营养不良加剧心衰患者体内水钠潴留,引起炎症反应,从而导致病情进一步加重。病情反反复复,预后不佳。患者极易发生恶病质,一旦进入此阶段,即使给予任何治疗措施也不能改变,因为此时处于不可逆转阶段。故早期评价住院老年心力衰竭患者营养状况,积极寻找影响营养状况的危险因素,同时给予恰当的营养治疗,改善患者预后是至关重要的。但目前关于住院老年心力衰竭患者营养状况评估与干预治疗的信息较少,还需进一步探讨。
